There are no rate cards and no booking calendars. Every meeting starts with an offer, and every price is agreed between two people. Here is the whole flow:
Open the map
See who is on the map right now: their face, their profession and what they offer. Search by name or profession, or browse people in other cities too.
Send your offer
Pick someone and offer an amount. A $10 coffee or a $100 consultation, it is your call. The amount is only reserved on your card, not charged.
Agree on it
They accept or decline. On acceptance the amount is charged and held safely, and chat opens so you set the time and place. If they decline, nothing is charged.
Meet and scan
At the meeting, one of you shows a QR code and the other scans it. That scan is the proof you actually met, and the moment the payment is released.

Booking Minds started as one-on-one meetings and grew into three things on one map: people, events and Needs.
People, one-on-one
The core of the app. Real professionals with real faces on a live map. You offer, they decide. Nobody is listed with a fixed price, because the market decides what a meeting is worth.
Events
Host a dinner for six, a workshop, a morning run with a trainer. You set the seats, everyone who wants in proposes their own price to join, and you pick the room you want at the table.
Verified before they can be paid for a meeting
Being paid for a meeting requires verifying a real government ID, with a liveness check. One document verifies one account at a time. The blue badge means a real person stands behind the profile.

Any host can set a private reserve price. Nobody sees the number. Offers below it are not sent; the sender is asked to aim a little higher, and you can invite a better one. Your time, your floor.

Write what you need, when, and what you'll pay. It appears as a violet pin at your location, and members are notified.
Hands go up
Plumbers, tutors, photographers: whoever can actually help taps "I can help". You see who they are: face, profession and whether their ID is verified.
You pick, the app protects
Choose the one you trust and send them the offer. From there it is the same protected flow as every meeting: the amount is held when you send the offer, charged when they accept and released by the QR scan when you meet, and the helper keeps 85% with no payout minimum. The pin comes off the map once the person you chose accepts.

The person being paid - we call them the host - keeps 85%. We keep 15% to run the platform: Stripe fees, fraud protection, identity checks, infrastructure. No listing fees, no subscriptions, nothing hidden.
- Sending an offer only reserves the amount on your card. It is charged the moment the other person accepts, never before.
- The money is held safely until you actually meet. The QR scan at the meeting is what releases it. Not a promise, not a timer.
- Declined? Nothing charged. Cancelled or no-show? Refunded minus the fee. If they decline, the reservation is simply released. If a meeting is cancelled after acceptance or they never turn up, cancel from Requests: the amount returns to your card minus the 15% fee, and when it was not on you, write to us and we refund the fee as well.
- No payout minimum. Withdraw from $1 whenever you like, once a day; whatever is left is paid out on the 1st. Stripe's payout fee is on us.
- Payments run entirely on Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Is this a dating app?
No. Booking Minds is about professional and personal meetings with people whose time, skill or company you value: a consultation with an architect, coffee with a founder, a lesson with a teacher. Every profile is tied to a profession, and payments make the intent clear from the first tap.
What are Needs?
The map in reverse. Instead of browsing profiles you post what you need, for example "a plumber tomorrow at 9 for $40". It lands as a violet pin at your location, members are notified, and whoever can help raises a hand. You pick the one you trust and send the offer. How much does it cost?
Nothing to join, nothing to browse. The payer's offer is held on their card, charged when the host accepts and released by the QR scan at the meeting; the host keeps 85% with no payout minimum and Booking Minds keeps 15%. No subscriptions, no listing fees.
Who decides the price?
The buyer proposes, the host decides. There are no fixed prices anywhere in the app: a student might get a mentor's hour for $15, a company might pay $200 for the same hour. Hosts can also set a private minimum; offers below it are not sent, and the sender is simply asked to aim a little higher.
What happens if I pay and the person never shows up?
Nothing is released without the QR scan at the meeting, so the other person is never paid for a meeting that did not happen. Cancel from Requests and the amount returns to your card minus the 15% fee; write to us, and when the no-show was not on you we refund the fee as well.
What if I cancel after they accepted?
You get the amount back minus the 15% fee. Before acceptance nothing is charged: if they decline, or nobody answers within 7 days, the reservation on your card is simply released.
Do I have to share my exact location?
No. Use your GPS position or drop a pin wherever you want to appear. Other members see your pin: your live position while location sharing is on, or the spot you chose if you dropped one, never your history. Switching location off in your phone settings stops updates, but your last pin stays on the map until you move it.
How do I know profiles are real?
Anyone paid for a meeting has passed an ID document check with a liveness test, and one document verifies one account at a time. Profiles that pass carry the verified badge.
Where can I get paid?
Anywhere Stripe can pay out to a bank account in your country; the app tells you during the one-minute payout setup. Withdraw from $1 whenever you like, once a day; whatever is left is paid out on the 1st of the month with no minimum.
